Welcome to Няня На Час, operated by Mocezu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our childcare services and website. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using our babysitting and childcare services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Mocezu provides professional childcare services, including but not limited to:

• Hourly babysitting services
• Full-day childcare assistance
• Emergency childcare support
• Educational activities and supervision
• Transportation services (where applicable)

All services are provided by qualified and vetted childcare professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal guardian of the child(ren) requiring care
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking Procedures

All service bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or email). We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for standard bookings, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate last-minute requests subject to caregiver availability.

4.2 Cancellation Terms

• More than 24 hours before service: Full refund or credit
• 12-24 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Less than 12 hours before service: 100% cancellation fee applies
• No-show: Full service fee charged

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services may be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved electronic payment methods. Hourly rates and service fees will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for:

• Services outside standard hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Multiple children requiring care
• Special requirements or activities
• Transportation services

All payments are due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Mocezu, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your child(ren), including medical conditions, allergies, and behavioral considerations
• Ensure your home environment is safe and suitable for childcare
• Provide necessary supplies (food, diapers, medications, etc.)
• Be available by phone during service hours
• Provide emergency contact information
• Treat our caregivers with respect and professionalism
• Inform us immediately of any concerns or incidents

7. Liability and Insurance

Mocezu maintains appropriate liability insurance for our childcare services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing medical conditions or allergies not disclosed to us
• Accidents resulting from unsafe home environments
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your children. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Our caregivers are bound by confidentiality agreements and will not disclose information about your family to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mocezu and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Modifications to Terms

Mocezu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of София, Bulgaria.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be achieved within 30 days, the matter may be submitted to mediation before pursuing legal action.
